Return And Refund Policy
Mynestride handles returns with a European buyer-first structure: eligible EU consumer orders may use the 14-day withdrawal route, damaged or incorrect deliveries are reviewed through after-sales support, and every return should be confirmed before goods are shipped back.
14-day EU consumer withdrawal route
- Eligible EU consumer orders may be withdrawn within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to the product type and applicable legal exceptions.
- Returned goods should be complete, safely packed, and handled with reasonable care so the condition can be inspected when they arrive back.
- Customers should contact support before returning any product so Mynestride can confirm the return address, route, documentation, and whether the case is withdrawal, damage, defect, or mismatch.
- For withdrawal returns that are not caused by defect, damage, or wrong supply, the customer may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where those costs were communicated clearly.
Damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete delivery
- If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact support as soon as possible with photos, packaging evidence, and the order number.
- The support team will review the case and advise on repair, replacement, missing parts, compensation, refund, or return handling where appropriate.
- Do not dispose of the packaging or product before the case review is completed unless support confirms otherwise.
Refund timing and inspection
- Approved refunds are processed after the withdrawal notice, return condition, or case review has been confirmed where applicable.
- Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary after the refund has been issued.
- For faster handling, customers should include the order number, buyer name, destination country, and a short explanation when contacting support.
- Where an invoice correction or tax-related adjustment is required, that review is handled alongside the return case according to the original order route.
Products requiring special review
- Made-to-order goods, customized goods, installed goods, used hygiene-sensitive products, and products materially changed by customer handling may require additional review before a return route is confirmed.
- Business or project orders may follow a different operational review where the buyer is not acting as an EU consumer.
- Mynestride will not ask customers to waive mandatory consumer rights that apply to their order.
