• The storefront publishes support and trader-information details on the Legal Notice page, including the Poland support address, complaint email, and published invoice references.
• Privacy requests can be sent to mynestride@outlook.com and should include enough detail to identify the order, account, or contact record involved.
• Order-specific seller, invoice entity, and tax handling may depend on the actual dispatch route and buyer status, so pre-payment confirmation can be requested when needed.

Data categories used

• Order, billing, delivery, account, and support data may include names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp details, destination country, buyer type, product details, order history, invoice details, and support messages.
• Contact-form submissions may also include source page, referrer, IP address, browser or device data, browser language, site language, and consent timestamps used to review and reply to the request.

Why data is used and shared

• Data may be used to operate the storefront, process and deliver orders, prepare invoices, handle VAT or B2B review, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and manage after-sales service.
• Where needed, data may be shared with payment providers, logistics partners, hosting or technical service providers, and service partners directly involved in order fulfillment or support.
